- PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME Late fees will be added on the 6th. ( See lease for deliquency schedule) Late fees will not be waived, no exceptions. There are many ways to pay your bill.
- MOVE OUT IS NOT PRORATED We will not refund any unused days within a paid month
- GIVE AT LEAST A 10 DAY MOVE OUT NOTICE. Email, text, call or stop in.
